We had an amazing stay at a hotel perfectly located near the village center. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the ski slopes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the comfortable ski storage room.

The hotel staff was not proficient in English and sometimes miscommunicated with guests.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is near the center of the village but a little far from the Gondola, which is accessible via free transportation service provided by the hotel. The hotel was well located, close to important attractions and with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with modern furniture and excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the big LCD TV and the reliable Wi-Fi connection. the hot tub provided a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.

We found some aspects of the hotel not very appealing. there were no elevators, so carrying our luggage upstairs was a challenge.
